Because we are a private locked facility, too early of arrivals may result in wait time outside until your therapist has completed service for a previous guest. We encourage our guests to arrive 5-10 min prior to their scheduled appointment time so you are able to fully escape, relax, and unwind before indulging in their spa visit. It is very important to arrive on time for your spa treatment in order to enjoy the full benefits of your spa experience. Late arrivals will result in modified treatment times and services.

Undergarments are not necessary. However, if you prefer, undergarments may be worn. Therapists are trained to drape sheets to protect your privacy at all times. We advise all guests to disrobe to their comfort level.

Yes, almost all treatments/therapies require your jewelry to be taken off. Please do not bring valuables to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Yes, please mention any physical ailments, disabilities or allergies on the phone while scheduling your appointment and in the provider notes when booking online. To ensure the highest quality of service we also ask you to add them to your guest intake form upon arrival. Spa services take place on the second story of our stately historic building. If you are unable to climb the stairs it is very important you let us know prior to your appointment so special accommodations can be made.

Not at all, though you should notify the Spa scheduler if scheduling over the phone or let us know in the provider notes when booking online.

In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. With custom day packages and groups of 3 or more, a 20 percent gratuity may be added to all services. Anything above and beyond is at your discretion.

Full payment is required for the following conditions:
Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No show or missed appointment.
Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment
